Yes. We can meet in person at your residence or at a location that is convenient for both of us. Additionally, we can schedule a FaceTime, Skype or telephone call.
Definitely! Outdoor events are an up and coming trend. Events like weddings, corporate functions, and celebrations are something special when enjoyed under the moonlight. We only ask that you provide a covered area in the event of inclement weather. Electrical outlets must also be easily accessible.
The sooner the better. Popular dates book quickly, sometimes over a year in advance. If you're planning an event sooner than later, contact us and we will check our availability.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if there is a cancellation or change of date we will simply transfer the deposit to the new date, if the new date is available. If the new date is not available, the deposit is forfeited. If cancelled less than 21 days before your event, we must hold you accountable for payment in full as it will be nearly impossible to rebook that spot on such short notice.
Yes, liability insurance is something we feel is necessary. It protects everyone from unexpected circumstances.
A deposit of $400 is required to reserve your date. A signed agreement will also be completed that will accompany the deposit.
We understand that your event is time for socializing as well as dancing. During cocktail and dinner hours the sound is evenly distributed throughout the venue at a comfortable level. When it's time to dim the lights, the sound is concentrated on the dance floor. This ensures an enjoyable, yet powerful enough level for dancing. For the guests that are not on the dance floor normal conversations can be had without yelling.
We encourage and invite requests all night long. Early into the evening we will deliver 'request cards' to the tables allowing your guests to easily share their favourites with us.
Back up equipment is part of every event. Our essential backup equipment is on-site at all times for all events. If a component were to fail, it could easily be switched without missing a beat.
We only have once chance to make a good impression. Wearing the appropriate attire for every event is guaranteed. We also take pride in how our equipment is presented. Tables are dressed, equipment is nicely tucked away and wires are tastefully covered. Take the extra steps to enhance your reception with simple elegance.
